Who we are
Second Step's Wellbeing College offers hope and learning to people from across Bristol. The College has something to offer everyone, from people with mild mental health concerns to others living with serious long term conditions.
People can sign up to a variety of free workshops and courses around positive mental health and wellbeing. Workshops and courses cover a variety of subjects and vary in length, from two to three hour taster courses to six sessions over six weeks.
All of the key courses have been designed and created by people who have experience of mental ill health and/or by mental health professionals. The College is committed to working in partnership with a variety of agencies across the Bristol area.
The Wellbeing College's April-May 2017 course programme is now available.

Who can refer
Anyone who is accessing Bristol Mental Health's services can refer themselves to the Wellbeing College. Carers can refer themselves too. Some courses are open to Bristol Mental Health staff and volunteers.
