Winter courses at the Recovery College

People in meetingSecond Step's Recovery College has released a brochure featuring its winter courses. The free courses all focus on wellbeing and are available to people accessing Bristol Mental Health's Assessment and Recovery Service, Early Intervention Service and who are supported by BMH's Crisis Team, as well as carers who support people using these services.

There are a range of courses on offer, from 'Coping with Christmas', to 'ways to wellbeing', plus lots more in between.

Courses are free, developed by people who have experience of living with mental health problems and are delivered by skilled tutors. They are also held in convenient locations across the city.

"This term we've listened to feedback and moved our courses to locations that are even more convenient. We hope that you can come along!" says Ben Lilford, Recovery College Coordinator.

Details about courses and how to enrol can be found here.
