Joining the Dots ‘highly commended’ at HSJ Awards

JtD HSJ Awards 2016Joining the Dots, a collaborative project between Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Otsuka Health Solutions, has been 'highly commended' at the Health Service Journal (HSJ) Awards.

The project received the award in the 'Innovation in Mental Health' category at the prestigious ceremony, which was held in London this month.

"We're really excited to have been 'highly commended' at the awards. It's great to have recognition for all the hard work that service users, carers and staff have put into this project. It tells us that this work is important and needs to continue", says Will Hall, System Clinical Leader, BMH.

Joining the Dots is a range of digital tools that has been developed with teams of dedicated service users, carers and staff in Bristol Mental Health (BMH). These tools help mental health services to work in an integrated way, using health data and information to improve care for the people who need it most.
